Return Policy

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. All items should be in their original condition with tags attached, along with the original packaging, courier receipt, invoice, and any other related documents.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Malwa Škoda will initiate the refund to your original payment method or selected mode of refund, as per your preference.

Refund & Cancellation for Service-Based Transactions

Due to the nature of services offered, **NO REFUND** and **NO CANCELLATION** will be entertained once payment has been made for service-related bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. Post 24 hours, once the order is processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, return is applicable for eligible products.

Alternatively, customers may cancel orders before the order is shipped/dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Returns, however, are still applicable as per policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Malwa Škoda ships products across India. Orders are typically shipped within 24 working hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

For areas serviced by standard courier partners, delivery is expected within 3–4 business days. Remote areas may take 7–14 days depending on location and logistics.

In some cases, unforeseen logistics delays may occur, for which Malwa Škoda is not liable. Customers are requested to cooperate during such events. Malwa Škoda also reserves the right to cancel orders if delivery is significantly delayed or if the shipment is untraceable. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded.
